Application Information
The following is required for all Business Edition^SM Visa Card applications:
1. Application with all fields accurately completed, including signature of authorized officer.
2. Personal guaranties on most companies.
3. Two to three years of audited company financial statements for those businesses requesting an aggregate limit of $25,000 or greater. Non-profit companies, corporations and corporate liability applications will need to be submitted with 2-3 years of financial statements.
4. Bank reference letter revealing depository and lending balances and performances.
5. Additional information may be requested.
